The specifics...
To secure the date, a 25% deposit is required one week prior to the event, an additional 50% is due. Remaining balance is due after the event.
Booking confirmation and deposit is requested 3-4 weeks prior to the function. Staffing fees will be charged as follows:
Bartenders, $10/hr;
Servers $10/hr
Accommodations for dietary requirements must be pre-arranged upon submission of final guest numbers. A guarantee of the exact number of guests and entrée selections is required one week prior to the function.
A room fee will be charged. The exact fee is dependent on season, time of day and the day of week.
All prices are subject to an 8% meals tax, and a 20% service charge.
Deposits will be refunded only if bookings are cancelled 7 or more days prior to function.
There is a $1.00 per person plating fee for desserts/wedding cakes that are supplied by you.
